Items bought on MERKUREE.CA will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odours, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached and original packaging included when returned.
Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Merkuree and that Merkuree reserves the right to limit or refuse a refund, if it does not meet the above conditions.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping of the returned package.
All Sale items as well as Swimwear, Bodysuits and Lingerie are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Any international returns received later than 40 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!], you are eligible for an exchange. The defective, damaged or wrong goods will be replaced by the same item originally purchased, provided that the particular collection is still available.
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved. Once approved, we'll take care of sending a replacement product to you. Please note the processing times for damaged product exchanges can take longer.

Is my item refundable? Yes however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odours. Final sale items include Swimwear, Bodysuits and Lingerie.
Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process.
When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds do require roughly 7-10 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank does have varying processing times.
