After placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you to confirm your order has been received. All order confirmations will be processed during Merkuree's office hours (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.
We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove said item from your order and you will not be charged for that item.
Once an order has been fulfilled and prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.

During the time of COVID-19 restrictions, processing and delivery times will be delayed. Order processing may take up to 4 business days and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed due to an overwhelming demand. We will continue to do our best to get orders to you in a timely manner.
