ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FULFILLMENT
Please note our shipping times have changed due to shipping delays globally. We are working diligently to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time!
After placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you to confirm your order has been received. All order confirmations will be processed on the same day during Merkuree's office hours (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by noon (12 p.m.) the next business day.
Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and fulfilled.
Once the order is fulfilled and has been shipped, you can find your shipping details by logging into your account or by going to the "Track Your Order" link.
We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove said item from your order and you will not be charged for that item.
Once an order has been fulfilled and prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.

We offer FREE shipping to North America and Europe.
Other countries' shipping rates may vary. Shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. Please note customs fees may apply for shipments according to local legislation. Merkuree does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Please check with your local courier for more information.
During the time of COVID-19 restrictions, processing and delivery times will be delayed. We will continue to do our best to get orders to you in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience!
At Merkuree we value our customers tremendously. We are committed to doing our very best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time, however Merkuree cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions etc. that may result in a delay of arrival for your order.
Our current standard shipping and handling times are between 16-30 days.
